Policies
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is 3–6 PM. Arriving after 6 PM? Please call us in advance at 609-398-4433.
Check-out is before 10 AM. The pool and the changing/shower room stay open to you after you check out.
Guests and kids
Four guests per unit, maximum, kids included.
Kids under 12 stay free. Guests 12 and up are $10 a night.
Minimum stay
3-night minimum from June 19 to August 22, and on weekends and holidays (2026 dates).
Deposit
A deposit of one night's rental plus tax is required to confirm reservations of 5 nights or less.
Two nights' rental plus tax is required for 6 nights or longer.
The balance is due upon arrival. No checks, please.
Cancellations and refunds
Notify us 14 days before your arrival date and your deposit will be refunded, less a 25% service charge.
No refunds for early departure or due to inclement weather.
Pets and smoking
Sorry, no pets.
Our rooms have been designated as nonsmoking for the comfort of our guests.
Parking
Free parking for one car per unit.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Rates do not include state or local taxes.
FAQ
Do I need beach tags?
Yes, for everyone 12 and older from June 1 to September 7, 2026. Daily ($10) and weekly ($20) tags are sold at beach entrances and boardwalk booths. See our Ocean City guide for details.
Is parking included?
Yes. Parking is free for one car per unit.
Is there a minimum stay?
A 3-night minimum applies from June 19 to August 22, and on weekends and holidays (2026 dates).
Do children count toward the maximum occupancy?
Yes. Each unit accommodates up to four guests, including children. Children under 12 stay free; guests 12 and older are $10 per night.
Are pets allowed?
We are unable to accommodate pets.
What if I arrive after 6 PM?
Check-in is from 3 to 6 PM. If you expect to arrive later, please call us in advance at 609-398-4433.
What should I bring?
Groceries for your kitchenette, your beach gear, and a change of clothes: the pool and changing/shower room remain open to you after check-out.
For questions about what is provided in the unit, please call the office.
Why might my unit differ from the photos?
Each of our 70 units is individually owned and decorated. Layouts and amenities are consistent; furnishings and decor vary slightly.
Can I bring alcohol?
Ocean City is a dry town: alcohol isn't sold in the city, and it isn't allowed on the beach, the boardwalk or in restaurants.
How far is the boardwalk?
The boardwalk runs from St. James Place to 23rd Street. Its south end is 11 blocks north of us at 34th Street.
Why book direct?
Our specials apply only to reservations made directly with The Crossings.
